Are there setup fees?
No. All packages are annual subscriptions with no setup fees. We may charge a one-time onboarding fee for Enterprise clients requiring extensive customisation.
What happens if we receive more orders than expected?
Standard and Professional packages include unlimited order handling within our standard service scope. For very high-volume platforms, we recommend discussing an Enterprise arrangement.
Can we upgrade our package mid-year?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. We'll pro-rate the difference for the remainder of your annual term.
Do you offer discounts for multi-year contracts?
