Your EU e-Evidence Legal Representative. Registered in Ireland. Ready by August 2026.
If your company serves EU users, you are legally required to appoint an EU-based legal representative (addressee) to receive law enforcement requests for electronic evidence. We handle that for you.
The registration deadline is 18 August 2026. Non-compliant service providers face financial penalties enforced by EU Member States.
Does This Apply to Your Company?
The EU e-Evidence package applies to any company — regardless of where in the world it is based — that provides any of the following services to users in the EU:
Cloud storage or hosting services
Communication or messaging tools
SaaS platforms and business software
Social media platforms
AI tools and platforms
Domain registration or IP address services
Online marketplaces
Online gaming or streaming services
If your company offers any of these services to EU users, is not established in the EU, you are required to appoint a legal representative in an EU Member State by 18 August 2026.
How it works
