About EU Evidence Rep

Who We Are

EU Evidence Rep is an Irish-registered company providing legal representative (addressee) services to non-EU technology companies under the EU e-Evidence Directive 2023/1544 and the EU e-Evidence Regulation 2023/1543.

We were founded by specialists in EU digital law and regulatory compliance with direct experience advising technology companies on GDPR, the EU AI Act, and EU digital regulation. We identified early that the e-Evidence framework would create a significant compliance need for non-EU companies — and we built this service to meet it.

Why Ireland?

Ireland is the European home of some of the world's largest technology companies, including Google, Meta, Apple, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Airbnb. There is a long and established track record of Irish entities serving as the EU-facing legal presence for non-EU companies.

As the only fully English-speaking country in the EU, Ireland is a natural choice for US, UK, Canadian, Australian, and other Anglophone companies navigating EU compliance obligations. Our team understands your regulatory environment and communicates clearly — without unnecessary complexity.
