Who We Are
EU Evidence Rep Ltd is an Irish-registered company established specifically to act as a Legal Representative (Addressee) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1543, the EU e-Evidence Regulation.
We were founded by lawyers and compliance professionals who recognised that the August 2026 deadline would create a significant compliance challenge for the thousands of non-EU technology companies serving EU users.
Our team combines expertise in EU law, data protection, criminal procedure, and technology operations — giving us the unique ability to assess orders correctly and respond in a way that protects both our clients and the legitimate interests of EU law enforcement.
